Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of person-centred care. Oversee care planning, medication management, audits and compliance. Mentor and support nursing and care staff. Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager: Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN/RNLD). Previous experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse role.
