This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who leads by example, champions high standards, and is passionate about helping residents live happy, fulfilled lives.What We Offer£55,000 per annumMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMPension schemePaid PVG and uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Your RoleAs Clinical Deputy Manager, you will take the lead on driving clinical excellence across the home. You will oversee care planning, compliance, and governance, ensuring that every resident receives safe, personalised, and dignified care. You will mentor and develop your team, building confidence and competence through coaching and clinical training, and you will be a visible, approachable presence on the floor - always leading by example.You will also act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, building trust and maintaining open communication.
