An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to take the lead on all clinical care within a high-end, beautifully appointed nursing home in North London. This is a key leadership role within the service, ideal for a clinically strong professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving quality. You will work alongside an experienced Home Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping clinical standards, supporting the team, and ensuring residents receive the highest level of person-centred care. As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead and inspire the clinical and care teams, ensuring best practice is embedded across all aspects of care delivery. You will take ownership of clinical governance, care quality, and continuous improvement within the home.
