Clinical Deputy Manager

Deputy Home Manager required for a large premiums nursing and residential care home in Wiltshire.This elegant, purpose-built home offers a five-star lifestyle and provides high-quality nursing and residential care, including support for those living with mild to moderate dementia. The successful candidate will join an established and supportive leadership team, working alongside a very experienced and highly regarded Home Manager who has a long standing history within the group. As the Deputy Care Home Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and person-centred care.
