Deputy Nurse Manager £40,000 £45,000 per annum Location: Church Stretton, Shropshire Full-time Permanent Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a nurse qualified deputy manager to join the team at a nursing home in Church Stretton. Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting staff development? About the Role As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are maintained. You ll take an active role in leading the nursing team, managing clinical audits, supporting with staff training, and ensuring a positive, caring environment for residents.
