Clinical Community Lead
As our Clinical Community Lead (Community of Practice), you will use your advanced clinical experience, service development expertise and multidisciplinary leadership skills to maintain our confident, collaborative and well-connected professional community. You will create opportunities for shared learning, practical problem-solving and the spread of best practice, helping clinicians and professionals feel informed, supported and equipped to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will be part of our highly productive Information and Professional Development team, championing our education and information work streams, extending their reach and ensuring professionals have confidence in the resources, learning and support available to them. This is a home-based role withregular travel requirements across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, including overnight stays. Main Responsibilities Lead and co-ordinate the Community of Practice, encouraging engagement, collaboration and shared learning Facilitate meetings, learning events and knowledge-sharing activities Promote clinical excellence, person-centred care and quality improvement Build effective relationships with practitioners, professional groups and external partners Support the identification and sharing of best practice, innovation and learning Mentor and support clinicians to develop confidence, competence and professional growth Identify learning needs and contribute to the design and delivery of education ..... full job details .....
