This is an administrative role rather than a clinical one; you won''t be making clinical decisions, but the accuracy of your work directly supports patient safety, so it suits someone who takes real pride in getting the detail right. You''ll be working as part of a genuine team, not sitting alone with a queue of documents. New starters are paired with an experienced buddy so there''s always one consistent person to go to with questions, and induction is structured to build your confidence gradually rather than expecting instant pace.
