This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office in Slough. Salary: From 36.55 per hour (PAYE) or 50.27 per hour (Umbrella) Clinical Bioinformatician Role:Process, analyse and interpret omics data from clinical portfolio studies to uncover biological mechanisms, treatment effects and safety signals.Develop analysis methods and pipelines using state-of-the-art tools and technologies.Document code and analyses, ensuring reproducible results in line with best practice for patient-level data.Write clear, well-structured reports covering methods and results.Contribute to scientific publications, including conference abstracts, presentations and manuscripts.Your Background:Master''s degree or PhD in a relevant field, with experience analysing omics data (industry experience preferred).Strong expertise in analysing large bulk and single-cell RNAseq datasets ...
