Clinical Assessor – Hybrid Role

Hybrid: Home-Based & Regional Clinic-Based
Salary: £39,500 – £41,500 + Annual Bonus + Pay Reviews
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (24 or 34 hrs)
Hours: Monday to Friday | No weekends, evenings, or shift work
Overview We are seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join our expanding team as Clinical Assessors. This is a non-treatment role, ideal for clinicians seeking improved work-life balance, ongoing professional development, and a structured, supportive environment.
Strictly looking for:
- Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Paramedics
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments
- Reviewing medical evidence and completing structured clinical reports
- Working on either WCA (Work Capability Assessment) cases
- 50% Remote – Telephone or video assessments from home
- 50% On-site – Face-to-face assessments at a local clinic
- You must reside within commutable distance to one of our South West regional clinics:
