Clinical Administrator

Role: Clinical Administrator
Location: Hove, East Sussex
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Full-time)
Pay: -27,000 - -28,000 per annum

6-Month Contract with likelihood of going permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Clinical Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established healthcare practice based in Hove.

This is a busy and varied administrative role, providing front-of-house reception support alongside general office and patient administration duties, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

The Requirements:

• Preferably experience working within a medical / clinical field or setting
• Natural and confident communication skills
• Excellent literacy and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Confident handling telephone enquiries
• Conscientious approach and strong team ethic

The Role:

• Receiving and responding to patient enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
• Monitoring and responding to company emails
• Managing patient information using in-house dental software (Exact)
• Preparing and sending correspondence to patients and dentists
• Booking patient appointments
• Taking patient payments
• Conducting patient audits
• Providing reception cover
• Carrying out general office and administrative duties, including stock ordering
• Supporting the efficient operation of the practice through ad hoc duties
• Attending practice meetings
• Undertaking required training, including annual medical emergencies and CPR training
