Clinic Services Manager

An international healthcare company is seeking a Clinic Services Manager to oversee the management of Patient and Phlebotomy Services at their Central London site. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to deliver and continually improve a high-quality, patient-centred service within a CQC-regulated environment. 40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday 9.00 am 5.30 pm and occasional SaturdayKey Responsibilities Lead and manage Patient Reception and Phlebotomy Services, providing supervision and support to reception, phlebotomy, and associated staff.Ensure services meet statutory, regulatory and internal guidelines, maintaining compliance with CQC and other healthcare standards.Oversee all aspects of patient safety, service quality, and infection prevention and control.Manage patient feedback, compliments, complaints, and incidents, ensuring effective investigation and resolution.Take responsibility for departmental budget planning, cost control, and identifying efficiency improvements.Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated team.Ensure premises and facilities are maintained to the highest standard in collaboration with facilities and housekeeping teams.Report on performance, quality, and patient experience to senior leadership and relevant committees.
