our client''s team of qualified laser technicians and aesthetic practitioners requires a manager with genuine clinical credibility - someone who truly understands their work because they''ve done it themselves.Clinical Expertise (Non-Negotiable):NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Aesthetic TreatmentsExtensive hands-on laser treatment experienceLeadership Qualities:Management experience in a clinic settingAbility to mentor and develop clinical teamsProfessional demeanour suitable for luxury environment
