As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the facility. Alongside standard reception duties, you will assist with various operational and maintenance tasks around the climbing wall, helping to ensure the centre remains safe, clean, and welcoming for all visitors. Key responsibilities include: Reception and Customer Service - welcoming customers and visitors to the climbing wall, answering telephone and email enquiries, processing bookings, taking payments, and assisting customers with registrations, inductions and other enquiries.
