Climate, Health & Sustainability Coordinator

National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR)

and help support our

CHS programme . We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support to the NIHR Sustainability team and its external partners.

Coordinating and resolving complex enquiries and casework independently.

Acting as the main point of contact for the CHS team''s shared mailbox and internal engagement platform, monitoring activity to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Managing the diaries of senior colleagues and coordinating a range of internal and external meetings, activities, and events, including booking venues and speakers.

Analysing and evaluating specialised information and data, identifying areas for further investigation.

Contributing insight to the development of new or revised policies and systems.

Who are we looking for?Are you passionate about Climate, Health, and Sustainability (CHS)? Do you have administrative experience and a desire to make a difference? You will be an experienced sustainability professional with a strong understanding of the links between climate, health, and sustainability. You''ll be confident applying this knowledge to business priorities and capable of interpreting complex data clearly and concisely. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. A genuine interest in sustainability is key to your success in this role.
