Clients Payroll Specialist

We are currently partnered with an established and highly respected Chartered Accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its growing Client Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys managing client relationships, working on complex payrolls, and getting involved with project work. The role will be a 12-month FTC getting involved in BAU processing as well as assisting with the Paycircle system implementation. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of payroll clients, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with current UK legislation. You''ll become a trusted point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice and resolving payroll queries while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of client payrolls from start to finishProcessing payrolls accurately and within agreed deadlinesHandling BACS payments and liaising with HMRC on PAYE mattersProviding expert guidance on payroll legislation and employment-related issuesProcessing complex payroll calculations including statutory payments, holiday pay, termination payments and benefitsSupporting colleagues across the wider payroll team during busy periodsAssisting with payroll system implementation and continuous process improvementsBuilding strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication You''ll ideally ..... full job details .....
