Client Technology Manager
Client Technology Manager London | Full-time | Site-based (5 days per week) We are seeking an experienced Client Technology Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing technology solutions across a multi-site property portfolio. This hands-on leadership role combines technology delivery, project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You''ll oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of networking, Wi-Fi, AV, telephony and connectivity services while ensuring an excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, Internet, telephony and AV solutions. Manage technology projects from design through to implementation. Collaborate with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers. Provide technical input for solution design, scoping and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and service performance. Lead and develop a small technology delivery team. Drive service improvements, reliability and customer satisfaction. About You Proven experience delivering technology solutions in a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, connectivity and AV technologies. Experience managing projects, stakeholders and suppliers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness, including budgeting and solution scoping. Previous team leadership experience. Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Yealink and Logitech is advantageous. What''s ..... full job details .....
