Client Support Manager

Yolk Recruitment is working with an established not-for-profit organisation that provides procurement solutions to local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies across Wales, to recruit a Client Support Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract.This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone with a strong background in account management, client engagement or business development, ideally with exposure to the public sector, procurement, construction, housing or property-related services.You''ll manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients across Wales, understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities and supporting them throughout their projects. You''ll also work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure clients receive the right support and get the most from the organisation''s procurement solutions.What you''ll be doingActing as a key point of contact for clients across Wales, building strong and lasting relationships.Developing and delivering client engagement plans.Meeting clients regularly, both face-to-face and virtually, to understand their needs and upcoming projects.Identifying new leads and opportunities and managing these from initial conversation through to completion.Managing an active pipeline through the CRM system and maintaining accurate records of client activity.Working towards client engagement and commercial targets.Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services and ..... full job details .....
