As a Private Client Support Executive, you''ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally. You''ll manage client communications, coordinate administrative processes, and support our fee earners in delivering seamless client experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in private client services within a supportive and professional environment. There is limited growth in this role and sadly our client cannot consider applications from legal graduates. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert administrative and client support to the Wills and Inheritance teamManage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and professional responsesMaintain accurate client records in the Firm''s CRM and internal systemsAssist with client file management, including opening, closing, and document preparationLiaise with clients and colleagues to provide updates and information on behalf of fee earnersUphold the highest standards of client care, confidentiality, and professionalismSupport the team in continuous improvement of administrative processesPromote a positive and professional image of the firm to clients and external contactsSkills and ..... full job details .....
