Client Support Administrator
Description We are looking for an Administrator to join our successful and award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners, providing vital support to our Financial Planners. In this role, you will organise and facilitate client meetings, serve as a key point of contact for clients, and manage a range of administrative tasks including application processing, compliance checks, and information gathering. You will also maintain client records on our Enable CRM system and ensure effective communication with both clients and providers. Your support will help deliver tailored advice and maintain our high standards of service. What you''ll do Client Support: Support the Financial Planner with the organisation and facilitation of client meetings, both virtually and in-person. Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries and requests. Administration: Carry out daily administrative duties, including preparing and submitting applications, and keeping client information up to date on our Enable CRM system. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and providers throughout all stages of the process. Compliance and Documentation: Complete electronic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
