When a critical account hits turbulence, you’re the one who fixes the engine. You spotted the booking bottleneck before it hit the floor, turned a shaky SLA around before QBRs, and built the servicing model that made the client stay.     You’ve been doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes. Now, come and lead it properly. You’ve been delivering the customer promise for years. Time for you to own the operation.     This growing TMC are building an operational delivery function around their most strategic, complex corporate accounts.      This is a  hybrid role , with a day or two per week at your local office: either  Liss  in Hampshire or Kew in  West London .
