This role blends relationship management with proactive selling - owning accounts, closing deals, and delivering outstanding service while representing the brand at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow sales revenue within the house client baseAct as the main point of contact and deliver first-contact resolutionChase quotes, close orders, and secure deposits and balance paymentsManage orders end-to-end, including shipping updates and follow-upsResolve client issues quickly and professionallyMaximise touchpoints using approved sales techniquesMaintain accurate CRM records and client communicationsRepresent the brand professionally at all timesSupport and attend domestic and international trade showsAbout YouProven sales experience (essential)Confident communicator by phone and emailStrong relationship builder with a commercial mindsetHighly organised and KPI-drivenWorking fully onsite in East Sussex, this role is 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm for 2 months while training then the hours will be 11am - 9pmBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
