Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Align with sponsors'' expectations before and after sales, ensuring the sales process is feasible.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial planning through event delivery.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.

Provide daily support to sponsors for their registration through our internal systems.

Build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding new clients.

Collect client feedback post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

What we expect from youWe are looking for candidates who:

Take ownership of their responsibilities, are proactive, and follow through on commitments.

Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring and prioritizing their work.

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.

Have a UK work permit.

Learn quickly and adapt to new systems.

Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace tools.

Have 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
