We are looking for a highly motivated and personable

Client Insights Manager

to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends client success and data-driven insight generation, supporting our Data, Product, and Client Success teams across EMEA and the US. You''''ll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, interpreting data to uncover strategic insights, and delivering compelling presentations that drive campaign performance and client satisfaction. You''''ll also play a key role in pitching, upselling, and supporting new business development.Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Client Success and Relationship ManagementDefine and execute insights strategy across product offeringsManage a portfolio of advertisers and agencies, launching campaigns and aligning internal resources to meet goalsBuild and grow client relationships, anticipating needs and identifying upsell opportunitiesLead client communications, including proposals, pitches, and ongoing relationship-buildingAttend industry events and network to expand your client base and pipelineInsights and Data StrategyCollaborate with Data teams to request, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sourcesCreate engaging decks and presentations to showcase insights and campaign recommendationsManage the Automated Insights Product, including audits, support, and iterative developmentAct as the point person for all insights queries and operational strategiesSales, Marketing and OperationsPartner with marketing to surface insights for campaigns and social contentProvide insights for sales enablement and RFP collateralRequirements

Skills and Requirements

Excellent written and spoken EnglishHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau)Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical programmingStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear, goal-focused insightsComfortable communicating with non-experts and cross-functional teamsExperience in digital advertising (DSPs, SSPs, Ad exchanges) is preferableUp to date on industry trends and able to articulate them confidentlyStrong team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindsetFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and global collaborationBenefits
