We''re seeking a driven and technically savvy Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our client''s Sales, Project, Product and RandD teams in driving technical discussions with online retailers and brands looking to scale their cross-border business using our client''s SaaS platform.The role will involve leading technology strategy and integration discussions with prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify commercial opportunities, surface key technical objections, and develop strategies to overcome technical barriers to adoptionProvide expert guidance on optimal integration approaches to successfully implement the complete solution, offering "best practice" recommendations to clients to maximize the effectiveness of the integrated platformServe as the technical point of contact for integrating clients, possessing the technical acumen to demonstrate and prototype integrations within merchant environmentsDeliver ongoing education and technical support to existing partners and integrated clients to drive platform adoption and expansionCore Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a API, solution architecture or Client facing technical consulting role involving direct client engagement, ideally in a SaaS environmentExceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver compelling solution presentations and articulate complex technical concepts to both ..... full job details .....
