Compliance and Record Management Ensure all properties remain compliant with current housing, health and safety, and property legislation. Manage statutory compliance requirements including: Gas safety certificates Electrical inspections Fire risk assessments Coordinate remedial actions arising from inspections or compliance audits. Support responses to regulatory inspections. Facilities Management Manage utilities across the property base. Oversee the maintenance and operation of communal areas and building services. Coordinate planned preventative maintenance programmes. Manage cleaning, waste management, landscaping, security, and other site services. Monitor building systems and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Assist with major works planning and resident communications.
