You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team who rarely recuit due to high retention.Your new role As the Building Surveyor, you will be joining an established team and will be responsible for undertaking building surveys within the cyclical programme (which will include stock condition surveys) and managing the planned preventative maintenance programme. You will also be involved in their decarbonisation projects. You will therefore be involved with conducting building surveys, specification writing and contract administration. As part of the role you will also be required to get involved with insurance claims and assist with diagnosing reactive maintenance issues.
