I''m currently working with a privately owned investment and property management company who are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their Birmingham based team to work across the whole range of Building Surveying services (projects, dilapidations, building surveys, PPM ) Alongside the Asset Management and Property Management teams you will be delivering on a range of works including strip outs, white boxing, alterations, defect diagnosis and repair, and oversight of tenant''s proposals.
