To support the management, maintenance, and improvement of the regional property portfolio, ensuring operational sites remain safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose.The role will be responsible for managing smaller maintenance, refurbishment, and property improvement projects whilst supporting the Regional Property Manager on larger and more complex schemes.
