Client Servicing Assistant

A highly successful wealth management firm is seeking a Client Servicing Assistant to join its growing team in the City of London.This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional levels of client service. The successful candidate will support a team of Financial Planners and play a key role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their financial planning journey.The position offers a broad and varied workload, making it ideal for somebody who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of client servicing activities.Key Responsibilities:Supporting Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administrationActing as a key point of contact for clients, providers and other stakeholdersManaging client onboarding and ongoing servicing requirementsMaintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systemsProcessing withdrawals, redemptions and new business submissionsAssisting with portfolio changes, rebalancing and financial review documentationManaging EIS and VCT exitsSupporting clients through bereavement and probate casesLiaising with providers to obtain information and resolve client queriesEnsuring service standards and regulatory requirements are consistently metCandidate Requirements:Previous experience within financial services would be advantageousExperience within a wealth management, financial planning or ..... full job details .....
