Client Services Specialist
to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.The
Client Services Specialist
will act as a Senior member of the
Operations
team, and will take responsibility for the following duties:The timely execution of client ordersMaintaining robust levels of service to the business’ clientsManaging day to day operational issues and resolving anomalies within the department to ensure high-level client serviceEnhancing operational procedures and making efficienciesContinuously satisfying client needs and external requirementsProducing MI to highlight trends regarding the fund platform operationThe
Client Services Specialist
will meet the following skill set:Background in a Transfer Agency or within a Client Services department at a custodian or investment management houseHas the confidence to speak with colleagues across different departments, including Front Office and SalesStrong working knowledge of
