Preferred Requirements: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness and a genuine passion for supporting their well-being. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the social services or housing sector.
