Senior Client Service Manager Location: Ferndown / Wimborne Salary - DOE (Circa £50 - £65k) Job Type: Full-time / HYBRID Working after probationary Role: Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional accountancy, audit, and tax services Day-to-day of the role: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating all client services. Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives aligned with business strategy. Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability across the team. Conduct annual fee reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Organise workflow to maximise team productivity and client satisfaction. Support training and development initiatives for team members. Promote services to existing and potential clients through networking and engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
