Scout Recruiting is currently looking for a Client Services Director to join a great business located just outside of Stamford Lincs. You will be responsible for leading client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, and social channels. Combines strategic planning, commercial management, and team leadership to achieve measurable business results. This is a full- time permanent role offering a very competitive salary. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow key client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction Act as senior client contact, building strong, long-term relationships Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver commercial results Manage budgets, forecasting, and account profitability Support new business through pitches and proposals Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality standards Identify risks and implement proactive solutions Drive process improvements and campaign innovation Key Skills 7 10+ years in account management (agency preferred) Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns Experience leading teams and client relationships Strong commercial awareness and budget management Strategic marketing planning and campaign delivery Excellent client management and negotiation skills Knowledge of ..... full job details .....
