Client Services Director . This senior leadership role is the key link between clients, the agency team, and new business opportunities – driving both growth and innovation while ensuring world-class delivery. Our client specialises in sports, brands and entertainment.The Role:As Client Services Director, you’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, trusted to lead high-level conversations, foster long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to add real value. You’ll inspire and mentor a talented team, shaping creative solutions, driving collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring every project exceeds client expectations.Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen client relationships while spotting opportunities for growthPartner with the leadership team to win and grow business through creative, strategic solutionsMentor and develop the client services team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharingLead pitches and new business efforts, from writing to presentingEnsure client requirements are met while balancing commercial goals and profitabilityAct as line manager to Account Directors and wider reports, driving career growth and team developmentOversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth integration across the agencyProvide strategic insight to clients, delivering solutions that build confidence and trustContribute to company-wide meetings, updates, and resource planningDevelop and deliver accurate revenue forecasts while ensuring profitability across accountsAbout You
We’re looking for a highly experienced client services leader with a proven track record in the events and experiential space. You’ll be as comfortable leading strategic conversations with C-suite clients as you are motivating and mentoring your team.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in client services within live events/experiential (exhibitions, conferences, activations)A natural leader with outstanding communication skills – able to influence up, down, and acrossExperienced in line management, budgeting, and profitability oversightStrong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spiritAdaptable, pragmatic, and results-driven, thriving in fast-paced environmentsTech-savvy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Approachable, collaborative, and culturally aware – with the ability to bring fun and energy to your workPlease apply below or contact Charlie, our client services recruiter, charlie@profilescreative.comSeniority level
