Client Services Coordinator
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator. This is a varied role combining customer service, appointment management, administration, social media support, and general operational coordination. The successful candidate will be personable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Managing client bookings and appointment schedules Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and social media Providing exceptional customer service and front-of-house support Assisting with social media management and content scheduling Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems Supporting day-to-day business operations Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Providing general administrative and ad hoc support Requirements Previous experience in a customer service, administration, reception, or coordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Confident using social media platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hours 4 days per week Flexibility to work evenings as required, with shifts finishing at 7:00pm Benefits Competitive salary Supportive working environment Career development opportunities Varied and rewarding role with ..... full job details .....
