This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and accurately.-
Key Responsibilities-

Action client instructions in-a timely-and professional manner.-

Manage customer payments received at the office.-

Process incoming correspondence, including emails and written communications.-

Maintain-accurate-records and perform data entry tasks.-

Produce and distribute remittance information to clients.-

Complete banking procedures, including payment posting and associated administration.-

Conduct investigations to obtain updated contact information where-required.-

Provide administrative support to operational teams.-

Respond to client enquiries via telephone, email, and social media channels.-

Deliver a high standard of service while-maintaining-accuracy and attention to detail.-
