Client Services Administrator Initially 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Location: Cheltenham Salary 27k We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Services Administrator to join a busy centralised support team on a 6-month maternity cover contract maybe extended.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks within a professional environment.Preference will be given to candidates from a professional services background, such as legal, accountancy, or financial services, who can demonstrate strong secretarial and administrative skills.Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality internal client support and regular updatesManage incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and file archiving/retrievalAssist with printing, scanning, binding, and document managementSupport Finance with receipts, cheques, invoices, and payment requestsPrepare court bundles and maintain accurate client recordsConduct basic Land Registry searches and retrieve company informationProvide general administrative and practice support as required About You Previous administration or secretarial experience (minimum 6 months)Strong secretarial and organisational skillsExperience within legal, accountancy, financial services, or professional services preferredExcellent attention to detail and time managementConfident communication and customer service skillsAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, ..... full job details .....
