You will handle a varied workload, managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for existing customers, providing friendly and professional supportRespond to general and pension-related queries promptly and accuratelyProcess pension transfers and update internal systems with precise customer informationMaintain compliance with company processes and service-level agreementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communicationManage your own workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are consistently metApplicants should have previous experience within financial services, ideally within a platform or pension transfer environment.
