In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the financial planners and clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in managing client queries, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial planners and clients
- Manage client communications and handle inquiries professionally
- Prepare and process client documents, including applications and forms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Strong administrative experience, preferably within a financial services environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and office management systems
- A proactive, client-focused approach
