The Role Client Service Support renewal activity and placement coordination. Work with account teams and internal stakeholders to deliver client service activity. Manage day-to-day client servicing queries as appropriate. Support documentation, process tracking and follow-up activity. Build understanding of WTW processes, systems and governance. Work with a team through a renewal cycle to develop practical operational credibility. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and colleague experience. AI enablement and business improvement Work with colleagues to identify AI use cases linked to real business challenges.
