Client Service executive

Client Service ExecutiveWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from initial handover through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.You will act as the key point of contact for clients, working closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day coordination of live client projects and ordersAct as the main point of contact for client communicationProvide clear and timely updates on production status and project progressSupport the Sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and conversionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date activity within CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)Assist clients in decision-making by providing technical and commercial guidanceMonitor production capacity and ensure deadlines and milestones are achievedIdentify and escalate any operational or service issues where requiredContinuously seek opportunities to improve processes and client experienceAbout YouWe are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.You will have:Experience in a fast-paced client services or account management roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent communication and relationship-building ..... full job details .....
