Client Services CoordinatorLocation: Stevenage Salary: £28,000 will pay up to £30kWe are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join a leading flexible workspace provider in Stevenage.This is a varied role combining customer service, sales, administration and centre operations. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors, managing enquiries and supporting the Centre Manager with the day to day running of the centre.Key Responsibilities• Welcome clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service • Manage incoming enquiries, follow up leads and arrange viewings • Support the sales process and identify opportunities to generate revenue • Maintain accurate client and CRM records • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with invoicing and billing • Support reception, administration and general centre operations • Assist with client move ins, move outs and access requirements • Provide cover for the Centre Manager when requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:• Experience in customer service, administration, sales or a similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and commercially minded approach • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems • The ability to work independently and use initiative • A professional and friendly approach Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, advertised by SMT Recruitment (Smart10 Ltd), ..... full job details .....
