Client Service Advisor

Working for a very well established and highly regarded charity. The purpose of the role is to provide a first class service to their growing membership. You will be dealing with a variety telephone calls, emails and other written correspondence from existing members and the general public. On a day to day basis the work is a mixture of taking and making telephone calls and entering and up dating data files. This role requires excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to accurately update and maintain the in house database. You will need to have a flexible approach to work, the ability to multitask, maintain a friendly approach under pressure and be able to demonstrate your commitment to the role, ensuring high levels of customer service, with excellent attention to detail.The job is Monday to Friday 9 -5 office based. ..... full job details .....
