This is a high-quality, client-facing commercial role for someone confident building relationships, managing renewals and discussing contracts, pricing and value with key stakeholders.As a Client Retention and Renewals Executive, you''ll become a key point of contact for an established portfolio of clients across the UK. You''ll conduct client meetings via video and telephone, manage commercial renewal conversations and build relationships with key stakeholders. You''ll understand client requirements, discuss contracts and pricing, address concerns and ensure clients continue to see value in their relationship with the business.This is not a high-volume contact centre environment.
