You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of accountancy clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and support long-term client retention Key responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager will include: Reviewing year end accounts, corporation and personal tax returns and VAT returns prepared by senior or junior members of the accounts team.
