Client Relationship Manager Spider is advertising on behalf of a well-established financial planning practice in Ipswich, Suffolk, who are looking for an experienced and personable Client Relationship Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.This is a hour per week role, with hours spread across Monday to Friday to provide daily client cover. You will coordinate client communications, meetings and ongoing cases, making sure commitments are followed through and work progresses efficiently.This is a varied role that combines client relationship management, coordination and hands-on administration. You will respond to client enquiries, manage and prepare for meetings, keep cases moving, coordinate outsourced administration and maintain accurate CRM records.
