This is a varied, client-focused role where you''ll be involved in everything from managing client enquiries and applications through to helping keep the review process running smoothly. What you''ll be doing Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing a professional and responsive service Managing client cases and supporting applications from start to finish Liaising with providers and third parties to keep things moving Keeping client records and internal systems accurate and up to date Supporting Advisers with client administration, meeting preparation and follow-up Helping coordinate client reviews and ensuring actions are followed through Working closely with the Head of Client Relations to improve processes and procedures Supporting the wider office with day-to-day administration where required About you Previous St. James s Place experience is essential.
