The Opportunity As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential developments, delivering a consistently high standard of client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, residents, committees, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and respond within agreed service standards. Take ownership of day-to-day issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and external contractors. Ensure clients are regularly updated on ongoing matters and service-related activities. Conduct regular site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
