Client Relationship Manager - Leicester | £45,000-£50,000 + commission + Company CarI''m currently partnering with a growing Design andamp; Build/Commercial Interiors business that is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to join its commercial team.This is a relationship-led position focused on developing long-term client partnerships, identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role would suit someone who enjoys a consultative approach to business development and is confident engaging with senior stakeholders across the Design andamp; Build, commercial interiors or construction sector.Key responsibilities:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients* Identify and develop new Design andamp; Build, refurbishment and fit-out opportunities* Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award* Build relationships with key decision-makers, architects, consultants, project managers and industry partners* Develop a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events and market intelligence* Work closely with internal design, estimating and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions* Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term client growth* Maintain accurate pipeline information and provide regular forecasts to senior leadershipAbout you:* Proven experience in Design andamp; Build, commercial fit-out, commercial interiors, workplace consultancy or ..... full job details .....
