What You''ll Do As our Client Relationship Manager, you ll: Build and sustain strong Broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth. Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes. Embed Consumer Duty principles into Broker and Partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs. Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities. Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring Broker performance and ensuring accountability. Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
